As the founder of Good Cause Creative, Pam Turos — a longtime social worker turned nonprofit communications professional — manages a team of independent contractors serving education and equity-focused clients such as Cleveland Transformation Alliance, Cleveland Schools Book Fund and Case Western Reserve University’s National Initiative on Mixed Income Communities.

As a project advisor and consultant, Pam advocates for client organizations related to communications strategy and web development needs. This includes staff education and coaching, project planning, consultant search/placement, content creation and editing.

After joining forces with Trialogue, LLC, in January 2021, Good Cause Creative expanded its offerings to include job placement services for independent consultants seeking work in the nonprofit sector.

Pam is also a member of the Euclid City Schools Board of Education, a leadership coach with the Cleveland Neighborhood Leadership Program, and a board member for Americans Making Immigrants Safe (AMIS). She lives with her husband and 3 children in Euclid, Ohio.
